Boxes, pallets, and assortments

What can I buy from Melo Wholesale?

We sell sorted clothing boxes, wholesale pallets, and larger multi-pallet or truckload orders. You can start with a single available package. Our smallest family pack contains 100 pieces.

What comes in a clothing box?

Boxes contain mixed styles and colors rather than identical stock. Depending on the section, the assortment may include tops, bottoms, dresses, denim, activewear, sleepwear, and layering pieces. Piece counts and contents vary by product, so use the individual listing as your guide.

Are the lots manifested?

No. Individual clothing pieces are not listed in advance. We can provide a general summary of the package categories on a pallet, but not an item-by-item manifest.

Will I receive duplicate items?

Some styles may repeat, but our sorting limit is four pieces of the same item. We spread repeats across sizes when possible. Zero duplicates and different sizes for every repeat are not guaranteed. If you find more than four identical pieces, contact support with your order details.

Can I choose specific colors, styles, brands, or sizes?

No. Standard packages are pre-sorted mixed assortments. We do not offer single-color, single-brand, dresses-only, or single-size selections, or customize individual pieces. You can buy packages from different sections or size categories in the same order.

Are men's and women's clothes separated?

Adult size packages may include both men's and women's styles, often leaning toward women's and juniors' clothing. No fixed ratio of genders, tops to bottoms, or activewear to casual wear is guaranteed.

Sizes and fit

What is the difference between Regular and Plus Size packages?

Regular packages primarily cover XS–XL. Plus packages start at 1X, also called XL1. Standard XL is Regular, not Plus. These categories are packed separately.

Are all sizes evenly represented?

No. We aim for a varied assortment, not equal quantities of every size. Larger Plus sizes, including 3X, 4X, and 5X, depend on available inventory and are not guaranteed in every box.

How are numeric and specialty sizes sorted?

Our sorting places women's sizes 0–16 in Regular and 18W and above in Plus. Smaller adult sizes such as 00 and XXS go into Regular. Extended men's sizes, such as waist 42 and above, go into Plus and may mix with women's Plus clothing.

Juniors' styles may appear in Regular. Juniors' XXL is generally sorted into Regular unless its cut corresponds to Plus sizing. Brand fits vary; our package categories are sorting guidelines, not a guarantee of identical fit.

How do you handle maternity, unisex, One Size, Tall, and oversized styles?

We generally use the manufacturer's labeled size. Maternity XL goes into Regular; maternity 1X and up goes into Plus. Tall and Long cuts follow their base size. An oversized Small remains Regular.

One Size garments usually go into Regular unless designed for Plus figures. Cup-sized swimwear is sorted by standard or extended fit. If you need a specific cut or cup size, ask before ordering.

What if an item has no size label?

Our team evaluates its dimensions to assign a category or removes it from the sorting line. Original labels may be missing on some liquidation pieces.

Does XS or Small mean petite sizing?

Not necessarily. Smaller sizes are not the same as petite-length cuts. Check the actual garment's label and measurements when preparing it for resale.

Seasons and children's clothing

Which package sections do you offer?

Our main sections are Summer, Winter, Swimsuit, and Kids, subject to availability. You can purchase multiple sections together. Off-season clothing may be available, but stock and pricing are determined by current listings.

What is included in Summer and Winter packages?

Summer may include tees, tanks, shorts, skirts, and lightweight dresses. Winter may include sweaters, hoodies, jackets, heavier pants, puffers, and parkas. Transitional pieces go into the appropriate season, and holiday clothing may be included in its seasonal section.

Activewear is integrated by garment and season rather than sold as a standard separate section. No particular garment type is guaranteed in every box.

What is included in Swimsuit packages?

Assortments may include women's swimwear, men's trunks, and cover-ups. Regular and Plus options are available when stocked. Swimwear follows our mixed-color and duplicate-limit rules. Children's swimwear is separated into Swimsuit packages during peak seasons.

What sizes and styles are in Kids packages?

Kids packages are separate from adult clothing and combine boys' and girls' apparel, primarily for toddlers and school-aged youth. They may include toddler sizes such as 2T–5T and youth letter or numeric sizes, everyday outfits, playwear, pajamas, graphic tees, or uniform-style pieces.

Standard Kids packages are not separated into toddler-only and youth-only boxes. Infant clothing may occasionally be available, but newborn items and specific styles are not guaranteed.

Brands, condition, and packing

Where does the clothing come from?

Our Target clothing lots are sourced from Target overstock, shelf pulls, and liquidation inventory. Other advertised lots should be checked against their own descriptions.

Which brands might I receive?

Examples include Wild Fable, Universal Thread, A New Day, Ava & Viv, Cat & Jack, Goodfellow & Co., All In Motion, Stars Above, Colsie, and Auden. Premium collections, designer collaborations, online-exclusive items, licensed tees, or adaptive apparel may occasionally appear. No particular brand or collection is guaranteed in every lot.

Is everything new with tags and ready to resell?

No. Condition varies by lot. Packages may include tagged pieces, missing or damaged tags, customer returns, and imperfect items. Some pieces may need cleaning, steaming, repair, or replacement. We focus on resale clothing rather than scrap rags, but sorting does not guarantee every item is flawless.

There is no general guaranteed new-with-tags percentage. Any estimate stated in a product listing applies only to that lot. Inspect items before resale and contact support about unexpected condition issues.

Are accessories, shoes, or underwear included?

Footwear, handbags, and jewelry are generally sold separately. Intimate undergarments and multi-pack socks are excluded from standard apparel packages. Lounge clothing and sleepwear may be included.

Minor seasonal apparel accessories may occasionally appear. Factory-matched accessories, such as a dress belt, stay with the garment when present.

Are matching sets kept together?

Our team tries to keep sets together, but liquidation stock may arrive with standalone pieces. Complete matching sets are not guaranteed.

How is clothing packed?

Clothing is generally layered and packed flat in heavy-duty cardboard boxes rather than tied into bundles. Retail hangers are removed to save space. Original tags and barcodes usually remain on pieces that retain them.

Box weight depends on the contents and season. Ask for your specific shipment's dimensions and weight rather than assuming a standard load.

What should I do about wrinkles or minor marks?

Inspect the garment and follow its care instructions. Bulk packing can cause wrinkles, and cleaning or steaming may help. Stain removal, odor-free condition, and full resale value are not guaranteed.

Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

Choose your package, size category, and quantity through our sales channels. Confirm the listing, order total, and delivery arrangements before paying. We supply bulk boxes and pallets, not individual-item dropshipping to your customers.

Can I buy without an LLC or registered business?

Yes. Individuals can purchase under their personal name. Our inventory is designed for bulk and resale buyers. Purchasing without an LLC does not automatically qualify you for tax exemption.

Do you offer bulk pricing or repeat-buyer benefits?

Ask our team about multi-pallet and truckload pricing, preferred volume pricing, early inventory notifications, and recurring supply agreements. We do not price-match raw unsorted loads.

What payment methods are available?

Options include credit cards, wire transfers, and approved electronic payments. Business checks require clearance before inventory is released. Cash pickup payments are accepted with a receipt; arrange them before visiting.

Contact billing in advance if you need an approved split across cards. Standard wholesale arrangements use approved payment methods rather than payment plans; confirm current options for your order.

What will my invoice show?

Your invoice identifies the packages purchased. Confirm product pricing, taxes, delivery services, and any separately quoted freight or storage charges before payment.

Can your invoice help with Amazon brand approval?

We provide wholesale purchase invoices, but cannot guarantee Amazon will accept them for ungating or brand approval. Check Amazon's current requirements before buying for that purpose.

How long does order processing take?

Processing typically takes a few business days. Confirm current timing with our team. Carrier transit time is separate from warehouse processing.

Can I request photos or video before shipment?

Media or verification options may be available for large-volume orders. Ask before purchasing. We do not supply corporate stock photos for resale listings; photograph your actual items.

How can I receive new-arrival alerts?

Ask our sales team about joining the buyer notification list or broadcast channel. Registration and inventory alerts are free.

Shipping and freight

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on the delivery address and shipment details, including weight. For eligible parcel orders, enter your address at checkout to see available options. For pallets and heavy freight, request a quote with the product, quantity, ZIP code, and delivery requirements.

Do you offer nationwide and international delivery?

We offer nationwide shipping options. Confirm service for your order and destination before purchasing.

International buyers are welcome and arrange their freight forwarding and required import documentation. Consult your customs broker about destination requirements before ordering.

Can freight be delivered to a residence or a location without a dock?

Residential delivery and liftgate service may be available. Tell us about access restrictions and whether you have a dock or forklift when requesting your quote. Confirm availability and any surcharges before payment.

Can I use my own freight carrier?

Yes. Coordinate the pickup with our team and provide the freight paperwork, including the bill of lading, in advance.

Can multiple orders ship together?

Our team can arrange consolidation when feasible. Contact us before shipment to confirm logistics and cost.

Will I receive tracking, and is insurance included?

Tracking or freight paperwork is provided when your shipment leaves the warehouse. Confirm actual coverage and limits before shipment: carrier liability is not necessarily the same as insurance. Ask about supplemental coverage if needed.

What if my shipment arrives damaged or short?

Count the boxes and inspect wrapping before signing delivery paperwork. Photograph damage or shortages, note them on the delivery receipt, and contact support promptly. Follow the carrier's applicable claim instructions.

How do I change my shipping address?

Contact your sales representative as soon as possible, preferably before payment. Confirm any correction before shipment; do not assume an address can be changed after dispatch.

Warehouse pickup

Can I collect an order myself?

Yes. Arrange local warehouse pickup with our team. Confirm package dimensions, weight, vehicle capacity, and loading arrangements before arriving. A personal SUV or truck may suit boxes, but full pallets require suitable capacity and access.

Can I browse boxes at the warehouse?

Orders must be arranged through our sales channels before pickup or shipment. Contact us before visiting and confirm current hours, especially around holidays.

How long do I have to collect a paid order?

The usual pickup window is about five business days. Confirm your deadline and any storage charges before delaying collection. Let our team know if you need other arrangements.

Documents, support, and resale planning

How do I submit tax-exemption documents?

Contact our sales team for submission instructions before finalizing the invoice. Tax treatment depends on applicable rules and approved documentation. Your state authority or tax adviser can advise on exemption eligibility.

What if I forgot my resale certificate or need vendor verification?

For an already-paid order, contact our team to review the situation and ask your state tax authority or adviser about available remedies. For vendor verification, contact our corporate office to request credentials for your filings.

Can I return clothing that does not sell?

Review our current return policy before ordering and contact support with order-specific concerns. Mixed assortments require planning for variations in styles, sizes, and condition.

Can I reuse your descriptions or advertise using brand names?

You may use our general informational text, but photograph the actual items you receive. We do not supply corporate stock-image permissions. Describe merchandise accurately without implying affiliation; consult applicable brand or marketplace rules and a qualified adviser about trademark use.

Where should I resell items, and how should I price them?

Potential channels include boutiques, bin stores, flea markets, and online marketplaces such as Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, or TikTok Shop, subject to their rules. Choose channels based on your customers and costs.

Use comparable sold prices and item condition rather than assuming a fixed percentage of MSRP. Account for sourcing, shipping, platform fees, preparation, and unsold inventory. Neither profit nor a quick return is guaranteed.

What is a useful starting plan for a new reseller?

Choose categories and sizes suited to your customers. Inspect, sort, photograph, and list stock promptly. If cross-listing, keep quantities synchronized to avoid selling the same piece twice. Keep invoices and ask your accountant about inventory, cost of goods sold, and recordkeeping.
